2009

The First Oven

Pizza factory opens its doors in North Andover, MA with a single wood-fired oven, a handwritten menu of six pizzas, and a line out the door on opening night. Word spreads fast.

2012

The First Expansion

Growing demand led us to double our kitchen capacity and introduce delivery service across North Andover. Our fan base extends to neighboring communities and the pizaa factory reputation for quality spreads statewide.

2015

Award-Winning Pizza

Pizza factory is named one of the top pizza destinations in Massachusetts. Our Signature Gold Truffle pizza wins regional acclaim and becomes our best-selling specialty to this day.

2018

Farm-to-Table Commitment

We formalize our partnerships with local farms across Massachusetts, pledging that at least 80% of our produce is sourced within 150 miles of our kitchen. The pizzafactory menu expands with seasonal rotating specials.

2021

Online Ordering Launch

We launch our digital ordering platform, making it easier than ever for customers across the United States to order directly from Pizza factory. Orders surge 200% within the first quarter of launch.

2024

National Recognition
